    • Payment Information: If you make purchases through the Services, we collect payment information, including billing details. All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, and we do not store your full credit card information.
    • Device and Usage Information: We automatically collect information about the devices you use to access Gaimplan. This includes IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, operating systems, and information about your interactions with the Services.

• Use of Google User Data and AI/ML Model
  • Gaimplan Inc. is committed to protecting user privacy and ensuring transparency in how we handle user data. Gaimplan’s use of the information received from Gmail APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In compliance with Google’s Workspace API policies, we make the following disclosures regarding our use of Google user data:
    • Use of Google User Data for AI/ML Models
      • If our app uses AI/ML models, they are solely designed for personalized user experiences, such as optimizing scheduling, reminders, and task recommendations within the app. Any AI-generated insights remain specific to the individual user and are not generalized beyond their personal data.
    • Transfer of Google User Data to Third-Party AI Tools
      • Gaimplan does not transfer Google user data to third-party AI tools for the purpose of training, developing, or improving generalized/non-personalized AI/ML models.
      • If any third-party AI services are used within our application (e.g., for enhancing personal productivity features), these services are restricted to processing user-specific data only and do not retain data for broader model training.
    • Transparency and User Control
      • Users retain control over their Google Workspace data permissions within Gaimplan and can manage access through their Google Account settings.
    • Users may request data deletion or revoke access to Google Workspace data at any time by contacting support@gaimplan.com or adjusting their OAuth permissions via Google Account Security Settings.

• Your Privacy Rights
  • Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:
    • Access: You may request access to the personal information we hold about you.
    • Correction: You may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
    • Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.
